WELCOME TO XARAYMAX Our home and Our life   COPYRIGHT XARAYMAX - ALL RIGHTS RESERVED MANOR FARM LIVERY SPORT HORSES GERMAN SHEPHERDS We are situated in the small, peaceful village of Lutton Marsh, nr Spalding in the Lincolnshire Fens.  Surrounded by countryside it is idyllic for our dogs & horses and of course us.  A short walk away is the sea bank which the dogs enjoy immensely and is great for hacking the horses.   Immediately out of our front gate we have tracks that go for miles to walk the dogs & ride the horses so never having to worry too much about traffic. Home is an old farmhouse sitting on 11 acres which we share with our own horses & dogs and our liveries.  We moved here from Kent in 2003 and have grown from 3 acres to 11.  We have 7 stables, 8 paddocks of horse grazing and a 20x40 sand riding arena.
